Responsibilities
- Guide customers through implementation, adoption, optimization, onboarding, training, and rollout of Corva’s Directional Drilling solutions.
- Understand customer workflows, challenges, and technical requirements and tailor Corva solutions accordingly.
- Provide hands-on customer support, training, workshops, mentoring, and troubleshooting.
- Document customer requirements, feedback, best practices, meeting notes, and rollout timelines.
- Communicate customer insights across Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Development teams.
- Create customer success materials including case studies, training manuals, and app documentation.
- Use analytics and customer health metrics such as platform usage, NPS, and NSAT to improve adoption and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of on-site Directional Drilling experience.
- 2+ years of remote Directional Drilling experience in a Real-Time Operations Center.
- Hands-on experience implementing and using new Directional Drilling technologies.
- Strong technical, customer service, communication, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience training and mentoring customers and internal teams on drilling technology and software applications.
- Experience documenting user requirements and rolling out new software solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant industry software.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
