Responsibilities

Own features end to end, from identifying user problems through frontend and backend development and product launch.
Build and rapidly ship new consumer music experiences to a large audience.
Define problems, test ideas with real users, and exercise strong product judgment about what to build.
Work alongside research engineering to turn model capabilities into useful products.
Work autonomously and take responsibility for fixing problems as they are discovered.
Review and maintain systems with attention to correctness, security, and simplicity.

Experience shipping and owning a well-designed consumer product from zero to real users across frontend and backend.
Deep understanding of the systems built, including the ability to identify incorrect, insecure, or unnecessarily complex code.
Excellent product judgment and the ability to determine the most valuable work.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction and take ownership of problems.
Genuine interest in music or in the people who make it.
Open-source or GitHub track record, music or audio product experience, and experience with recommendation systems or embeddings are preferred.

Remote-first work from anywhere in Europe or the US East Coast, with availability to operate between GMT-5 and GMT+1; office options include London, New York, Dublin, Amsterdam, and Warsaw.
