Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and ETL pipelines.
- Design scalable solutions using AWS, including S3, Lambda, Glue, and Redshift.
- Write optimized SQL queries and improve database performance for large datasets.
- Integrate Claude, OpenAI, and other LLM solutions into applications.
- Conduct code reviews focused on performance, security, and ethical AI.
- Lead Agile delivery, define tasks, track progress, and support timely releases.
- Troubleshoot complex systems and optimize application performance.
- Mentor team members and guide engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database optimization.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM solutions such as Claude or OpenAI.
- Knowledge of microservices, APIs, and CI/CD.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.
