Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the iOS and Android mobile application using Flutter.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and establish coding standards for the team.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, Backend, Web, and other teams.
- Introduce technologies, tools, and processes that improve developer productivity and product quality.
- Debug performance and reliability issues across the stack.
- Use performance optimization, profiling, CI/CD, and automated testing practices.
Requirements
- Have 4+ years of programming experience, including at least one year of app development.
- Have expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter.
- Have experience with fastlane, GitHub Actions, unit tests, golden tests, performance optimization, and profiling.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, self-drive, leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree is a plus, but skills are prioritized.
- Native iOS or Android development, mobile automated testing, gRPC, Firebase, Sentry, DataDog, Figma, and open-source experience are nice to have.
