Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the mobile application for iOS and Android using Flutter.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and establish coding standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, Backend, Web, and other teams in a cross-stack environment.
- Introduce technologies, tools, and processes that improve developer productivity and product quality.
- Debug performance and reliability issues across the stack.
- Use testing, performance optimization, and profiling practices to maintain application quality.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of programming experience, including at least 1 year of app development.
- Expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter.
- Experience with fastlane, GitHub Actions, unit tests, and golden tests.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and profiling.
- Strong ownership, self-drive, leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree is a plus, not a requirement.
- Native iOS or Android development, mobile automated testing, gRPC, Firebase, Sentry, DataDog, Figma, and open-source experience are nice to have.
