Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting End User Computing products and services.
- Build web applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, APIs, Azure services, and databases.
- Lead technical design, architecture reviews, roadmap discussions, and end-to-end product delivery.
- Develop secure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, release automation, monitoring, logging, security scanning, and observability capabilities.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, design reviews, technical assessments, and mentorship to a team of 3–8 engineers.
- Support production systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve application reliability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence.
- Develop reusable components, shared frameworks, and engineering accelerators while identifying automation and platform modernization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Program Managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and automation opportunities through R&D initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise software applications and platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework or .NET 8+, Web APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development.
- Experience with application architecture, solution design, technical leadership, scalable and highly available cloud-native applications, and API-driven integrations.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, relational databases, software design patterns, clean architecture, SOLID principles, and engineering best practices.
- Hands-on Azure Cloud experience and strong experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and release automation.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, containerization, cloud deployment strategies, automated testing, monitoring, logging, security scanning, and observability frameworks.
- Understanding of production support, incident management, operational excellence, and secure software development.
- Ability to balance hands-on development with technical leadership, mentor engineers, make technical decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include AI/GenAI solutions, AI agents, agentic AI frameworks, MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, Copilot technologies, SaaS and multi-tenant applications, endpoint management, device engineering, application packaging, automation, EUC platforms, Azure certifications AZ-204/AZ-305/AZ-400, and healthcare industry experience.
