Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams to drive client engagement and revenue.
- Plan and execute integration engineering from high-level architecture to code implementation.
- Explain technical concepts and Stripe's functionalities to users and partners.
- Educate users and the developer community about Stripe's value proposition and best practices.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for major users' technical teams.
- Provide feedback and best practices to product and engineering teams.
- Lead the establishment of a new regional office and foster a collaborative culture.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Software Engineering or Integration Engineering.
- Technical leadership experience on large user-facing projects.
- Comfortable with code-level debugging and explaining technical concepts.
- User-first approach with empathy and confidence in customer engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
