Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation workflows and scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
- Implement scripting languages, automation platforms, and APIs for process automation.
- Test and troubleshoot automated processes for accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor and maintain automated systems against performance and service-level objectives.
- Provide technical support and training to end users on automated processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Required skills include Amazon Web Services, machine learning, collaboration tools, design thinking, storytelling, executive presence, inclusion, personal effectiveness, and Agile methodology.
- English proficiency at the C2 level is required.
- Listed certifications include Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate, Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer I, and ISTQB Certified Tester.
