Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integration components.
- Design and develop application solutions that meet user and business requirements.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code and conduct quality code reviews.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and troubleshoot production issues.
- Optimize application performance and functionality.
- Apply secure coding, observability, reliability, and performance best practices.
- Provide technical support for applications and collaborate with stakeholders to address application needs.
- Use Claude and Copilot for coding, refactoring, debugging, and test generation while critically reviewing and hardening generated code.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Practical experience using Claude or Copilot for software development tasks.
- Ability to write high-quality prompts for technical tasks.
- Ability to assess data security and intellectual property/confidentiality constraints when using AI tools.
