Responsibilities
- Define and own growth metrics spanning sign-up, trial activation, adoption, and upgrade.
- Analyze product telemetry, community forums, social media, and video comments to identify user friction.
- Develop hypotheses, build and ship fixes, and run A/B tests independently.
- Write production code across the platform, including frontend and backend areas as needed.
- Use AI coding agents to accelerate work from concept through production.
- Explain experiment rationale, success criteria, and learnings to engineering, product, design, and leadership.
Requirements
- Principal-level engineering experience with recent hands-on full-stack production development using TypeScript, React, and backend services or similar technologies.
- Daily experience using coding agents and the ability to describe an AI-native development workflow.
- Track record in growth, activation, or funnel work at a product-led company with personally measured results.
- Strong product sense and ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and define measurement without waiting for a specification.
- Ability to deliver results with a small team or footprint.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills, including presenting cases to senior leaders.
- Preferred: growth experience at an enterprise product-led company, experience optimizing products for AI agents, public developer-oriented content or open source, and familiarity with automation, workflow, or developer-platform products.
