Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, enhance, customize, and troubleshoot Infor Syteline (CSI) applications.
- Develop and customize solutions using .NET and C# technologies.
- Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects using SQL Server.
- Analyze and resolve application, integration, and production issues.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, data migrations, and integrations.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
- Document technical designs, solutions, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing business processes.
Requirements
- Require 3–5 years of IT experience.
- Require hands-on experience with Infor Syteline (CSI).
- Require strong .NET/C# development and SQL Server/database management skills.
- Require experience with Syteline support, enhancements, customization, or implementation projects.
- Require understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP systems, Make-to-Order (MTO), and Make-to-Stock (MTS) concepts.
- Require strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Preferred experience includes manufacturing and supply chain operations, ERP integrations, data migration, application support, production environments, and global delivery or support models.
