Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow Customer Service Management solutions and related data models.
- Configure case management, routing, SLAs, escalations, agent workspaces, catalog items, order status, and customer service journeys.
- Build self-service experiences using Service Portal and Now Experience Framework/UI Builder.
- Develop JavaScript, business rules, script includes, ACLs, scoped applications, and platform automations.
- Support data migration, environment setup, update set and pipeline deployments, releases, defect triage, root-cause analysis, SIT, UAT, and hypercare.
- Support CLM, OMT/SOMT, CPQ, telecom product catalog, Quote-to-Order, and order orchestration processes.
- Build CRM, billing, CPQ, and order management integrations using IntegrationHub, TMF APIs, REST, and SOAP.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow CSM development and configuration experience, including the CSM, product, and account data models.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, scripting, scoped applications, Service Portal, Now Experience Framework/UI Builder, CLM, OMT/SOMT, IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and CPQ concepts.
- Mandatory ServiceNow CSA and CIS-CSM certifications.
- Preferred qualifications include telecommunications experience, telecom product catalog management, OMT/SOMT and Quote-to-Order experience, Flow Designer, Playbooks, Now Assist, ATF automated testing, ServiceNow CAD, and SOMT Accreditation.
