Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Create and optimize regression, smoke, end-to-end, API, database, and web application test suites.
- Perform API testing and validate requests, responses, authentication, error handling, backend integrations, data flows, and ETL processes.
- Analyze requirements and technical specifications to create test strategies and improve automated coverage.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product teams, and QA members to identify, troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve defects.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous quality validation.
- Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and quality dashboards.
- Support production validation and release testing activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow defined testing practices, quality standards, and metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automation testing, quality engineering, or a related software testing role.
- Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver, Java-based automation frameworks, and TestNG and/or JUnit.
- Experience with Page Object Model and automation design patterns.
- Experience with Maven and/or Gradle.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or Swagger.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries for data validation and integrity checks.
- Experience validating data across SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, and/or Azure DevOps, plus CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Experience with JIRA and test management tools such as Testmo, TestRail, or Azure Test Plans.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a distributed team.
- Preferred qualifications include relevant automation, Selenium, or Agile certifications; domain experience in retail, eCommerce, healthcare, or enterprise applications; JMeter, Azure, AWS, Cucumber, and AI-assisted testing exposure.
