Base Salary
$87k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own test strategy, planning, execution, exploratory testing, and release-readiness validation for assigned features and product areas.
- Design, develop, maintain, and integrate automated tests across UI, API, service, backend, data, and performance layers.
- Test AI/ML and GenAI workflows, including prompts, prompt chaining, prompt injection, jailbreaks, hallucinations, unsafe outputs, and model integrations.
- Evaluate RAG pipelines for embedding quality, retrieval accuracy, recall, relevance, chunking, and indexing strategies.
- Perform backend, SQL/NoSQL, data-ingestion, transformation, asynchronous workflow, integration, and distributed-system testing.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, MLOps, developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and distributed QA teams.
- Support HIPAA, privacy, security, regulatory, audit, root-cause analysis, quality governance, and continuous-improvement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of progressive software quality assurance experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
- At least 2 years of hands-on test automation development, API testing and automation, backend testing with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, and software performance testing.
- At least 1 year of AI/ML or GenAI testing experience, or demonstrated delivery of AI-adjacent quality frameworks such as prompt testing, RAG evaluation, or guardrails.
- Experience owning QA execution for complex product areas, mentoring or supporting junior QA engineers, and working independently with limited oversight.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python for test automation and scripting.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, performance testing, profiling and monitoring, source control, and test management tools.
- Experience with RAG testing, vector databases, semantic search, AI-assisted coding tools, performance analysis, benchmarking, capacity planning, and release-readiness reporting.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, test design, quality metrics, healthcare software, data privacy, and regulatory compliance is preferred.

- Base pay range is $86,600–$144,400, with potential annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities and a broader competitive benefits package.
- Fully remote within the Eastern or Central United States; a hybrid arrangement may apply, and DFW-area employees may be expected to work at the Las Colinas office at least two days per week.
