Base Salary
$164k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and developers to deliver mobile projects from beginning to end.
- Participate in decisions balancing project scope, complexity, and timing.
- Architect flexible, modular, and reusable code.
- Support team growth through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and thorough code reviews.
- Write tests and monitor, report, and troubleshoot application bugs.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Kotlin is required.
- At least seven years of professional Android development experience using the Android SDK is required.
- Experience with the full app development lifecycle, including shipping on Google Play, is required.
- Experience with JUnit and instrumentation testing on Android is required.
- Experience with asynchronous patterns, network communication, design patterns, and current Android community patterns and libraries is required.
- Experience with Clean Architecture is preferred.
- Experience with AI agentic development is preferred.
- Strong self-management, communication, follow-through, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing abilities are expected.
