Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable cross-platform applications using Flutter for Android, iOS, and web.
- Develop custom Flutter packages using native Android and iOS APIs.
- Translate Figma designs and wireframes into high-quality responsive user interfaces.
- Design maintainable, testable architectures using MVC and MVVM patterns.
- Write efficient data queries and recommend space- and time-efficient data structures.
- Investigate technical issues, resolve bugs, and deliver new features and enhancements.
- Use Git for code and project collaboration and document code and projects effectively.
- Apply security guidelines and validate cloud-system changes to avoid compromising backend security.
- Maintain software through design, development, verification, bug fixing, and the product lifecycle.
- Perform time profiling, assess memory leaks, execute app verification protocols, and write application tests.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance to deliver stable applications and resolve reported defects.
- Communicate project status and proposed deadlines with the Project Manager.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of combined mobile development experience.
- Experience building optimized cross-platform applications with Flutter, including responsive UIs, data querying, and state management.
- Experience with native Android and iOS development for creating custom Flutter packages, with Kotlin preferred for Android.
- Experience with Firebase, including Cloud Firestore, push notifications, Cloud Functions, and Analytics.
- Experience using Figma to analyze designs and build applications.
- Experience using Git for project collaboration.
- Ability to provide a portfolio of projects worked on independently upon request.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Nice-to-have experience with Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Kotlin, and Dart.
