Responsibilities
- Own complex native iOS features and projects from concept through delivery.
- Design and implement reliable, maintainable, scalable software using native iOS development and Swift.
- Provide mentorship, lead code reviews, guide technical decisions, and promote team learning.
- Partner with Product and stakeholders to refine requirements and align solutions with business goals.
- Monitor and maintain production services, diagnose critical issues, and participate in on-call duties.
- Contribute to distributed-systems architecture, performance optimization, resilience, shared components, and APIs.
- Improve technical debt, development processes, tooling, CI/CD, testing standards, and deployment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on native mobile development.
- Advanced proficiency in native iOS mobile development using Swift.
- Experience independently designing and implementing complex algorithms and architectures.
- Hands-on experience managing and improving CI/CD processes using tools such as GitHub Actions.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, emphasizing automation for testing and deployment.
- Leadership skills including mentoring peers, leading technical discussions, and cross-functional collaboration.
