Responsibilities
- Develop cross-platform Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
- Translate product requirements and UI designs into fully functional features.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and support team learning.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to create user experiences.
- Integrate applications with backend APIs and services.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and recommend improvements to the Flutter and Dart ecosystem.
- Mentor junior team members and strengthen Flutter adoption across projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of total software development experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and modern development practices.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests.
- Familiarity with state management solutions such as Riverpod, BLoC, and Provider.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
- Understanding of responsive UI principles and mobile design guidelines.
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with local storage technologies such as Hive and SQLite.
- Knowledge of architectural patterns including MVVM and Clean Architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
