Responsibilities
- Review functional requirements and technical designs to identify quality risks.
- Test backend and frontend functionality, including business logic, APIs, integrations, asynchronous flows, and React applications.
- Design and execute functional, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using Java or TypeScript with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Test Kafka or RabbitMQ message-driven integrations and asynchronous workflows.
- Investigate, document, and track defects through resolution with developers.
- Analyze automated test results and collaborate with the Automation QA team to improve coverage and reliability.
Requirements
- B2+ English proficiency and B2+ Russian proficiency are required.
- Hands-on experience testing backend functionality, APIs, business logic, integrations, and asynchronous flows is required.
- Experience testing React-based web applications and end-to-end user flows is required.
- Strong database knowledge and experience writing complex SQL queries are required.
- Experience testing message-driven integrations with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar brokers is required.
- Hands-on test-automation experience with Java or TypeScript and Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium is required.
- Experience using AI tools to support software testing is required.
- Performance-testing experience, mentoring or onboarding experience, QA interview participation, and broader AI lifecycle experience are nice to have.
