Responsibilities
- Operate AI and automation services by managing incidents, service requests, and change requests through resolution.
- Coordinate between business users, IT teams, and vendors while tracking service health, usage, and vendor performance.
- Identify AI and automation use cases with business stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical requirements.
- Design, build, test, and deploy RPA, workflow automation, and AI solutions in collaboration with IT, infrastructure, and security teams.
- Develop LLM-based applications, prompt-engineered workflows, and API-integrated automation solutions.
- Drive user adoption through training, SOPs, documentation, and continuous improvement of automation services.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business consultation, IT systems analysis, or solution design, with experience using AI and automation tools to improve business outcomes.
- Proven ability to independently design, build, and deploy automation or AI-driven solutions in a live business environment beyond proof of concept.
- Hands-on experience with automation, RPA, or process mining tools such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Celonis.
- Experience with AI and LLM-based application development, prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation concepts.
- Programming and scripting proficiency, with Java preferred and Python a plus, plus experience integrating solutions through APIs and workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with event-driven or service-based architecture patterns used in enterprise integrations.
- Business-fluent English communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is a bonus qualification.
- Experience with CargoWise, TMS, WMS, SCM, or related integrations is a bonus.
- Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes and process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile is a bonus.
