Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and fine-tune AI agents and MCP tools for complex multi-turn conversations and autonomous workflows.
- Integrate AI agents with external APIs, databases, and knowledge bases.
- Build and maintain pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying AI-agent systems in production.
- Collaborate with product, data, and software engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor, debug, and optimize AI-agent performance for reliability, scalability, and safety.
- Stay current with advances in LLMs, AI-agent architectures, and related technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and related toolkits, AI-agent design, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems.
- Experience with AWS or Azure and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Basic understanding of database management and data handling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and English communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include research or project experience in LLMs or agentic AI, multimodal AI, reinforcement learning, knowledge graph integration, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, deployment workflows, or UI/UX.
