Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend architecture patterns.
Develop solutions from broadly defined problems and collaborate with relevant teams and stakeholders.
Apply accessibility expertise throughout the development workflow.
Collaborate with international engineering teams through code reviews, technical documentation, and cross-team discussions.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Use LLMs responsibly as coding assistance while maintaining control over engineering decisions.

Deep experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js, Remix, or Vue.
Expertise architecting scalable web applications using server-side rendering, server components, and modern patterns.
Strong accessibility knowledge and practical experience integrating accessibility into development.
Ability to prioritize high-impact work and solve problems independently.
Excellent proactive communication skills.
English proficiency at C1 level or above.
German proficiency at C1 level or above.
Python knowledge, energy-sector experience, or experience in backend, infrastructure, or UX design is a plus.
