Responsibilities
- Build and ship the agent management platform UI and frontend platform improvements using microfrontends, the shared design system, and Server-Driven UI library.
- Own the technical design and delivery of complex features or services within the team.
- Work across TypeScript, React, adjacent services, and integrations to deliver features end to end when needed.
- Design for reliability and observability by defining SLIs, instrumenting work, and monitoring impact.
- Maintain disciplined testing, rollouts, rollbacks, code reviews, documentation, and production incident response.
- Mentor engineers, share patterns, improve technical standards, and contribute fixes to shared packages.
Requirements
- Professional experience building and shipping production systems in fast-moving environments.
- Strong ownership, bias for action, and ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped results.
- Systems-oriented approach to scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
- High standards for clean, secure, well-tested code and meaningful measurement of outcomes.
- Ability to provide and receive candid feedback, mentor engineers, and contribute technical leadership.
