Responsibilities
- Build and ship the agent management platform UI and platform improvements using microfrontends, the shared design system, and the Server-Driven UI library.
- Own the technical design and delivery of complex features or services and turn ambiguous problems into clear execution plans.
- Work across TypeScript, React, adjacent services, and integrations to deliver features end to end.
- Define service indicators, instrument systems, monitor impact, and build for reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Maintain testing and delivery discipline through CI/CD, safe rollouts, fast rollbacks, and production issue response.
- Use AI tooling to accelerate implementation, reviews, documentation, testing, and debugging while validating outputs.
- Improve engineering standards through code reviews, documentation, mentoring, shared patterns, and upstream fixes.
Requirements
- Professional experience building and shipping production systems in fast-moving environments.
- Strong frontend development experience with TypeScript, React, microfrontend architecture, shared design systems, and Server-Driven UI libraries.
- Ability to own complex technical designs and deliver features end to end, including adjacent services and integrations when needed.
- Systems-oriented approach to scalability, reliability, performance, security, observability, testing, and maintainability.
- Strong ownership, bias for action, ability to work through ambiguity, and focus on customer and business outcomes.
- Ability to contribute through code reviews, documentation, mentoring, technical leadership, and production incident response.
