Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reusable Agentic AI agents, workflows, MCP connectors, and assistants for business and support functions.
- Integrate MCP connectors with Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and existing enterprise IT and business systems.
- Automate cross-functional business processes and optimize deployed systems for performance, cost efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Apply version control, testing, observability, monitoring, and other software engineering practices to production AI solutions.
- Partner with function teams to ideate, prototype, deploy, and scale AI use cases within their workflows.
- Identify high-value generative AI and automation opportunities across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, HR, Administration, Legal, and Finance.
- Ensure secure and ethical AI deployment in accordance with Responsible AI principles, GDPR, data-protection obligations, and InfoSec policies.
- Support organization-wide governance of generative AI tool budgets, purchases, usage, and shadow-AI spending.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance deployed automation tools and AI systems in production.
- Track advances in generative AI, agentic frameworks, and IT automation and translate them into improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a related field.
- 8+ years of IT engineering experience, including at least 5+ years in IT automation and AI tool solution implementation.
- Hands-on experience designing and shipping generative AI solutions using platforms and tools such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or a similar programming language, with the ability to build and integrate APIs and workflows.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and agentic or workflow automation using tools such as n8n and Zapier.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies including Azure, AWS, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with O365, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with existing IT systems with emphasis on scalability, security, and reliability.
- Experience deploying generative AI in a high-speed, AI-driven organization focused on innovation and scale.
- Familiarity with IT security frameworks and identity tooling including LDAP, Entra ID, SSO/IdP, and VPNs.
- Exposure to SOC automation, AI-driven ITSM, or InfoSec response automation.
- Understanding of SaaS and generative AI cost governance, usage-based billing, and license management.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
