Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reusable Agentic AI Agents and workflows.
- Integrate MCP Connectors with Gen AI platforms into existing systems.
- Automate business workflows and optimize systems for performance.
- Apply software-engineering practices to ensure maintainability of AI solutions.
- Partner with teams to prototype and scale AI use cases.
- Collaborate across departments to identify automation opportunities.
- Ensure ethical AI deployment in line with company principles.
- Support governance of AI tool budgets and monitor performance.
- Stay current with advances in Gen AI and IT automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT engineering with 5+ years in IT automation and AI tools.
- Hands-on experience designing Gen AI solutions using various tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and workflow automation tools.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
- Experience with Microsoft productivity tools and integration of AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience deploying Gen AI in a fast-paced environment.
