Base Salary
$92k - $136k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features and improve existing functionality.
- Write clean, maintainable, high-quality code from design specifications and product requirements with minimal support.
- Participate in planning and design discussions with product managers and designers.
- Test and debug software to ensure quality.
- Become a subject matter expert on the team’s products.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Strong experience with Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, TypeScript, and React.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, including common table expressions, windowing functions, views, stored procedures, and full-text or geospatial indexing techniques.
- Proficiency with AWS and Terraform for infrastructure as code, with a security mindset.
- Git code management experience, preferably in a monorepository.
- Experience delivering complex web applications to the cloud and participating throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of unit testing across multiple paradigms.
- Experience with microservices or API-based application architectures.
- Previous Pharmacy Benefits Manager experience is preferred.
