Responsibilities
- Build internal skills, plugins, and MCP integrations using Claude Code.
- Ship integrations and automations based on AI Programme Manager specifications.
- Set up and manage AWS accounts and infrastructure for internal applications.
- Develop compliance-as-code solutions in collaboration with Information Security.
- Operate observability and alerting systems across AI and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 6+ years of engineering experience for the Senior track; 10+ years for the Staff anchor.
- Proficient in software development with hands-on experience in Claude Code.
- Experienced in TypeScript; Python knowledge is a plus.
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, using the right tools for the task.
- Strong collaboration skills with non-engineers to achieve project outcomes.
