Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end features for conversational analytics products.
- Design and develop AI-native workflows for data querying using natural language.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data teams to create scalable solutions.
- Contribute to system architecture decisions for performance and reliability.
- Integrate LLMs and AI capabilities into production systems responsibly.
- Improve developer experience and tooling for faster iteration.
- Take ownership of features from idea through launch and iteration.
Requirements
- Experience building fullstack applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Comfortable working across backend and frontend systems.
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and data-driven applications.
- Ability to design clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Curiosity about AI/ML and experience with LLM-powered systems.
- Focus on user experience and simplifying complex workflows.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners.
