Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for troubleshooting and resolving complex AI/ML customer issues.
  • Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for ML training and inference workloads and scaling integrations.
  • Partner with sales to identify opportunities, promote products, and deliver technical presentations.
  • Relay customer feedback and feature requests to product teams and align solutions with customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, negotiate solutions, and drive alignment on customer challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services and AI/ML workloads.
  • Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Python.
  • Understanding of GPU computing, ML training and inference workloads, and GPU stacks such as CUDA and OpenCL.
  • Ability to build trusted customer relationships and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred experience with Slurm, Kubeflow, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ML tools from NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Preferred project management, technical mentoring, team-growth, stakeholder negotiation, and problem-resolution experience.
