Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Harness.
- Engineer solutions aligned with architectural designs and support standardized CI/CD practices through OneDev.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes-based environments and deployments using Helm.
- Ensure pipelines and artifacts meet security and compliance requirements.
- Manage base image creation and patching processes.
- Optimize artifact management using Artifactory and JFrog CLI.
- Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, builds, and supporting systems across lower, QA, and pre-production environments.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
- Identify improvements in automation, developer tooling, and delivery processes.
- Participate in sprint planning, story refinement, estimation, daily stand-ups, and quarterly PI Planning within a SAFe Agile delivery model.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD engineering, platform engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines; Harness is preferred, with Jenkins or similar accepted.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm in containerized environments.
- Experience with Terraform or OpenTofu for infrastructure as code.
- Experience managing artifacts with JFrog Artifactory.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Ansible.
- Strong experience with Git-based version control, branching strategies, and pull request workflows.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and technical ownership skills.
