Responsibilities
- Build, operate, and troubleshoot production infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
- Operate Kubernetes clusters and deploy and maintain Helm charts.
- Participate in on-call rotations, resolve incidents, and complete postmortem remediation work.
- Build GitOps deployment pipelines with Argo CD and Argo Workflows.
- Maintain Terraform and OpenTofu infrastructure-as-code.
- Build and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and progressive delivery automation.
- Create and tune Datadog dashboards, monitors, and alerts and contribute to SLI/SLO tracking.
- Support capacity planning, cost optimization, resilience improvements, documentation, runbooks, onboarding, and mentorship.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Hands-on AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Argo CD, Argo Workflows, Terraform, OpenTofu, Jenkins, Rancher, and Datadog experience.
- Experience with production on-call rotations, incident response, cross-team troubleshooting, and system reliability practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with payments, fuel/retail, loyalty, PCI DSS or similar compliance environments; messaging systems such as Kafka, SQS, or SNS; multi-region and multi-AZ resilience; relevant certifications; and mentoring or technical initiative leadership.
