Responsibilities
- Own front-end delivery of product features from discovery through production support.
- Use AI-assisted engineering responsibly and evaluate or integrate AI capabilities where valuable.
- Modernize legacy components through refactoring, migration, and deprecation while managing technical debt.
- Mentor engineers through pairing, coaching, and design and code reviews.
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with internal security and quality policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, informatics, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- More than 5+ years of experience in a senior developer role for a large team.
- Advanced Angular and TypeScript skills.
- Experience with microfrontend architecture and monorepo setups, including module federation or similar approaches, shared libraries, versioning, and dependency management.
- Knowledge of UX fundamentals, including usability, accessibility, user-centered design, and intuitive user interface creation.
- Experience with cloud-native application development.
- Practical AI understanding for software teams, including AI-assisted development or AI-enabled features, data privacy, security, and responsible use.
- Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation for Angular, international distributed-team collaboration, infrastructure-as-code, and platform exposure are additional advantages.
