Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of full-stack platform features using Angular and Python or Spring Boot.
- Design platform components, author technical design documents, lead reviews, and make architecture and data-model trade-offs.
- Build and maintain production APIs and services while addressing systemic quality, performance, and reliability issues.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment safety, and automated unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage.
- Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive delivery through production.
- Mentor mid-level, junior, and newly hired engineers and promote engineering best practices.
- Develop and integrate GenAI capabilities, including LLM-powered applications, AI extensions, agents, and MCP servers.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong Angular and TypeScript frontend development skills.
- Strong Python or Java/Spring Boot backend development skills.
- Experience designing and delivering production APIs and services at scale.
- Strong command of SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, and DynamoDB.
- Hands-on experience with caching strategies and tools such as Redis and Memcached.
- Experience defining and implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Ability to independently drive project delivery and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or GenAI application development.
- Practical experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Codex and with building AI extensions, custom skills, agents, and MCP servers.
- Preferred experience with internal developer platforms, shared engineering tooling, Docker, Kubernetes, platform reliability, SLAs, incident response, or on-call practices.
