Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional technical projects and own, optimize, and extend product and proprietary business operations systems.
- Discover stakeholder and customer needs to improve automation, AI-enabled user experiences, analytics, scalability, adoption, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers around critical milestones in their journeys.
- Continuously ship features and improvements to production systems in an environment deploying more than 100 times per day.
- Evaluate, select, and tune technologies based on technical and business requirements.
- Design and build custom solutions when market offerings do not meet business needs.
- Attract top-tier talent to join the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and scaling technical solutions, including proficiency in Python.
- Solid understanding of system design and scalable architecture principles.
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders to support smooth operations and translate technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Startup mindset with ownership, urgency, pragmatism, and a bias for action.
- Ability to solve complex problems independently with minimal guidance.
- Willingness to work in person at the offices 4–5 days per week.
- Preferred: experience with platform architecture and analytics in a SaaS environment.
- Preferred: experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Preferred: experience in client-facing roles.
- Preferred: understanding of SaaS metrics, strategies, and lifecycle management.
