Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from the user experience through backend code.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team-level decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align with project goals and timelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the technology stack.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development and AWS Architecture.
- Strong experience with frontend technologies, including JavaScript frameworks and responsive design principles.
- In-depth knowledge of backend development, database management, and application performance optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and cloud deployment strategies.
- Ability to work within continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
