Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and design software solutions based on client and business needs.
- Develop, modify, maintain, and optimize software modules and applications.
- Create and execute test cases, usage scenarios, and software validation processes.
- Troubleshoot defects, conduct root-cause analysis, and address system performance and availability issues.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, onboarding, and implementation activities.
- Document designs, solutions, code, workflows, project status, reports, and implementation details.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, and support timely delivery.
- Provide customer-focused status reporting, query resolution, fault tracking, and communication.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn programming languages and current best practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory full-stack development skills.
- Mandatory DevOps skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software, write code, test solutions, troubleshoot issues, and improve system performance.
- Ability to create documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and clear code comments.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Ability to maintain customer focus and deliver work according to project and release schedules.
