Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies.
- Implement complex architecture with enterprise architects while contributing directly to development.
- Partner with stakeholders in Agile environments to align technical solutions with business priorities.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Own critical components and drive performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and raise team standards through code reviews and technical leadership.
- Apply testing, CI/CD, and cloud-infrastructure best practices.
- Write, test, and validate code to ensure quality and reliability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, REST APIs, real-time streaming architectures, and microservices architecture patterns.
- Experience delivering cloud-native applications on AWS or other major cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with domain-driven design and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with microservices and REST APIs.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps tooling.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Document DB.
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and deployment automation.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across architecture, engineering, and product teams.
- FinTech or regulated-enterprise experience, LLM workflows, production ML-model integration, and Kafka or other streaming technologies are bonuses.
