Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies.
- Implement complex architecture with enterprise architects while contributing directly to development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile environments to align technical solutions with business priorities.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Own critical components and drive performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and elevate team standards through code reviews and technical leadership.
- Apply testing, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, REST APIs, real-time streaming architectures, and microservices architecture patterns.
- Experience delivering cloud-native applications on AWS or other major cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or DocumentDB.
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and deployment automation.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, version control, and DevOps tooling.
- Ability to write, test, and validate code while ensuring quality and reliability.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across architecture, engineering, and product teams.
- FinTech or regulated enterprise experience, LLM workflow exposure, production ML integration, and Kafka or other streaming technology experience are additional bonuses.
