Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, implement, and support enterprise ServiceNow IRM solutions.
Deliver Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Regulatory Change Management, Entity Management, and Indicators and Issues Management capabilities.
Configure applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, data policies, ACLs, security settings, and integrations.
Design and maintain REST and SOAP integrations, Integration Hub connections, and API-based integrations.
Lead technical design, effort estimation, development planning, implementation, code reviews, governance, performance optimization, and platform strategy.
Investigate production defects and performance issues and support upgrades, enhancements, automation, and platform optimization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, compliance teams, risk teams, architects, and engineering teams.
Mentor and coach engineers and promote engineering excellence, knowledge sharing, and ServiceNow best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, information systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow design, development, and implementation.
At least 4 years of specialized experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow platform architecture, ServiceNow Workspace, UI Builder, and Next Experience.
Experience with ServiceNow IRM capabilities including policy and compliance, risk, audit, regulatory change, entity management, indicators and issues, client scripting, business rules, script includes, UI policies, Flow Designer, workflow configuration, data policies, ACLs, and security configuration.
Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and API-based integrations.
Ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and secure ServiceNow solutions and apply platform development standards.
Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM.
Preferred experience includes ITSM, SPM/PPM, SecOps, TPRM, Vulnerability Response, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, reporting, source control, automated testing, and regulated financial services.
