Responsibilities

  • Translate ambiguous client goals into clear solution architectures.
  • Lead discovery workshops and define winning solutions.
  • Build compelling decks, narratives, and pricing models.
  • Navigate between C-level outcomes and engineering details.
  • Own the solution narrative across various response formats.
  • Provide high-level pricing estimates tied to value impact.
  • Own the solution across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams.
  • Capture learnings to refine offerings and win themes.
  • Partner closely with Sales on deal strategy and qualification.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting roles.
  • Proven ability to influence or close $1M+ services deals.
  • Hands-on understanding of services delivery and cloud migrations.
  • Experience with AI integration and automation in solutions.
  • Ability to build defensible pricing models.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working with distributed global teams.
