Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous client goals into clear solution architectures.
- Lead discovery workshops and define winning solutions.
- Build compelling decks, narratives, and pricing models.
- Navigate between C-level outcomes and engineering details.
- Own the solution narrative across various response formats.
- Provide high-level pricing estimates tied to value impact.
- Own the solution across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams.
- Capture learnings to refine offerings and win themes.
- Partner closely with Sales on deal strategy and qualification.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting roles.
- Proven ability to influence or close $1M+ services deals.
- Hands-on understanding of services delivery and cloud migrations.
- Experience with AI integration and automation in solutions.
- Ability to build defensible pricing models.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working with distributed global teams.
