Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven HR workflows and decision-support tools.
- Integrate internal AI systems with HR platforms.
- Build microservices and APIs to connect HR systems, data sources, and AI agents.
- Develop and optimize batch imports/exports and SFTP data flows.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and reconciliation across systems.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-assisted development tools.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of programming experience in systems engineering, platform engineering, or applied AI.
- Strong general-purpose programming fluency with a language-agnostic mindset.
- Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Experience deploying or integrating LLM-based tools.
- Ability to build or modify lightweight front-end interfaces when required.
- Strong understanding of structured data models and enterprise data flows.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving AI-enabled environments.
