Responsibilities
- Architect production-level ML and AI workloads for customers using Databricks' unified platform.
- Serve as a trusted practitioner for enterprise GenAI solutions and related architectures.
- Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads applying best-in-class MLOps.
- Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during the technical sale process.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent customer needs and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on industry ML experience in roles such as ML Engineer or AI Engineer.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for collaboration and driving business value through ML and AI.
- Preferred: 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role.
- Ability to meet expectations for technical training and role-specific outcomes within 3 months of hire.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.
