Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate deployment plans across customer, professional services, and partner teams, including onboarding, timelines, progress tracking, capacity, and training readiness.
- Drive and track the initial and ongoing ramp of customer workloads from agreement to consumption.
- Increase sustainable product usage, customer value realization, adoption, and future contract renewals.
- Use coding, debugging, and systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployments.
- Identify expansion opportunities for new workloads during project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
- Experience with programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
- Preferred: experience resolving technical and capacity blockers with product and capacity teams.
- Preferred: experience selling technical solutions in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, AI, networking, migrations, or security.
- Preferred: experience with Google Cloud products and competitive differentiation.
- Preferred: experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python and Java and using technical skills to accelerate customer deployments.
