Responsibilities
- Lead technical dimensions of ecosystem partnerships involving carriers, telcos, Entitlement Server providers, and aggregators.
- Manage launches, interoperability testing, and new feature alignment for Android connectivity and cross-platform RCS messaging technologies.
- Serve as the technical expert and provide partners with solutions supporting Android connectivity and cross-platform technology integration.
- Coordinate between Engineering, Engineering Productivity, Product, and Business Development teams.
- Work with the global carrier ecosystem to align services with Android connectivity and RCS offerings.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Build tools, automate products, oversee technical execution and business operations, and help develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience with Android internals and app development.
- Experience in solution engineering or architecture, stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience in operations management, including process improvement, operational reviews, or workflow optimization.
