Responsibilities
- Guide CTOs and lead engineers in connecting GitHub and GitLab repositories to Novus.
- Help customers transition quickly from implementation to actionable insights.
- Identify technical expansion paths using Novus data.
- Build the Novus Implementation Framework and document best practices.
- Act as the primary feedback loop between customers and product teams.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
- Deep comfort with Git workflows and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Ability to explain the connection between code and user behavior.
- Strong passion for LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts.
