Base Salary
$110k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rapidly build new applications.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams on technical design and problem solving.
- Own all aspects of implementation for features from design to production.
- Break down complex problems into potential solutions quickly.
- Mentor and guide engineers at all levels.
- Define and evangelize best practices and coding standards.
- Review code for engineers of all levels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Extensive experience developing enterprise SaaS cloud applications.
- Proven track record of building high-volume products at scale.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, MySQL, Hibernate, Maven, Git, Jenkins, and AWS components.
- Drive and flexibility to work hard in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong mentoring skills with a proven record of team improvement.
