Base Salary
$132k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for key clients.
- Develop technical relationships with multiple customer contacts.
- Post-sales implementation of Fastly products and document configurations.
- Identify challenges and develop solutions for customer accounts.
- Investigate ways to improve customer implementation of Fastly's products.
- Champion customer needs within Fastly and track account health.
- Mentor new Cloud Engineers and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and management.
- Assist in developing strategies for customer meetings.
Requirements
- At least 8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Post-Sales roles.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Technical background with a customer-oriented approach.
- Experience with HTTP, TCP, TLS, DNS, and other protocols.
- Proficiency in scripting languages and web platforms, especially Varnish and VCL.
- Familiarity with *nix operating systems and internet technologies.
- Demonstrable organizational and project management skills.
