Responsibilities
- Embed with customers post-sale to design, build, and ship Mem0 memory API integrations into their AI agents and products.
- Rapidly prototype and productionize custom solutions, from retrieval configuration to complete pipeline builds.
- Own the technical relationship with strategic accounts, troubleshoot production issues, and serve as the technical escalation point.
- Translate recurring field learnings and integration gaps into roadmap input for Engineering and Research.
- Build reusable tooling, sample applications, and reference implementations to reduce future customer time-to-value.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on scoping, technical wins, and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience shipping production software.
- Hands-on experience integrating APIs and SDKs into customer-facing systems.
- Strong Python fundamentals and comfort working across APIs, data pipelines, and some frontend development.
- Direct external customer experience in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, or a similar technical capacity.
- Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and rapidly changing scope.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite customer engagements.
- Experience with LLM-based agents, RAG, embeddings, or vector databases is preferred.
- Experience in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or professional services at an infrastructure or API company is preferred.
- Experience building demos or proofs of concept under time pressure is preferred.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tooling for production systems is preferred.
