Responsibilities
- Embed with customers post-sale to design and build integrations of Mem0's memory APIs.
- Rapidly prototype and productionize custom solutions for high-value customers.
- Own the technical relationship with strategic accounts and troubleshoot production issues.
- Translate field learnings into roadmap input for Engineering and Research.
- Build reusable tooling, sample apps, and reference implementations.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on scoping and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience shipping production software with API/SDK integration.
- Strong Python fundamentals and ability to work across the stack.
- Experience in a technical capacity with external customers.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing project scopes.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite customer engagements.
