Base Salary
$144k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Exceed regional sales targets and articulate Netskope’s cloud security architecture and business benefits to technical and executive audiences.
- Develop presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept/value exercises, evaluation test plans, and overall customer win strategies.
- Present Netskope’s cloud security solution at customer meetings, conferences, seminars, trade shows, and executive engagements.
- Gather customer technical requirements and position Netskope as the best solution for those requirements.
- Lead customer and partner evaluations and proofs of concept through successful completion.
- Support regional customer success, resolve satisfaction issues, and escalate issues cross-functionally when necessary.
- Provide customer feedback and feature requests to Product Management.
- Analyze competitive solutions, differentiate Netskope, and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Solutions or Systems Engineer with a demonstrated record of presenting technical information to business executives or architects.
- Strong communication, presentation, public speaking, customer advocacy, and revenue-growth skills.
- Experience installing, configuring, and administering Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies and Android and iOS operating systems.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSMs, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with web proxies, NGFWs, security gateways, remote access, site-to-site VPNs, SAML/SSO, DLP, data security, and regular expressions.
- Experience with cloud identity providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and SD-WAN deployments and integrations.
- Experience with Active Directory Services and ADFS; Azure AD knowledge is desired.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP public cloud environments and cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in computer science or a related field.
- Python scripting and REST API experience are desirable.
- Experience with other cloud security vendors, including Bluecoat, Symantec, McAfee, Checkpoint, Cisco, and Juniper, is advantageous.
- Relevant security or networking certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, CCSP, CCSE, GCFW, PCNSE, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIP-ENT, GCIH, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or similar are desirable.
- Agile Scrum certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or CSP, or a PMP certification, are desirable.
