Base Salary
$144k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Exceed regional sales targets while partnering with customers, partners, and sales teams.
- Present Netskope’s cloud security architecture and solutions to technical audiences, senior security leaders, CISOs, and CIOs.
- Create and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, conference sessions, and seminars.
- Gather customer technical requirements and establish Netskope as the best solution for customer needs and business value.
- Develop presentation, demonstration, proof-of-concept, proof-of-value, evaluation, and overall win strategies.
- Create evaluation test plans, manage customer and partner evaluations, and lead proof-of-concepts through successful completion.
- Advocate for customers, support customer success, resolve satisfaction issues, and escalate issues cross-functionally when needed.
- Analyze competitive solutions, differentiate Netskope, and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
- Work trade shows and provide technical support for other company engagements as necessary.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant Solutions or Systems Engineering experience with a demonstrated record of presenting technical information to executives or architects.
- Strong customer empathy, revenue orientation, communication, presentation, public speaking, and executive-influence skills.
- Experience installing, configuring, and administering Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies and operating systems including MDM/MAM, Android, and iOS.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, remote access and site-to-site VPN, SAML/SSO, DLP, data security, and regular expressions.
- Experience with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and SD-WAN deployments and integrations.
- Experience with Active Directory Services and ADFS; Azure AD knowledge is desired.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP public cloud environments and cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
- Knowledge of the broader threat landscape and ability to explain complex technology behaviors simply.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in computer science or a related field.
- Scripting experience such as Python and REST API frameworks is desirable.
- Experience with other cloud security vendors and security products such as Bluecoat, Symantec, McAfee, Checkpoint, Cisco, and Juniper is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, CCSP, CCSE, GCFW, PCNSE, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIP-ENT, GCIH, CSPO, CSM, CSP, PMP, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent are desirable.
