Base Salary
$161k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy customer-facing product features for institutional real estate investors.
- Use Claude Code, Cursor, and similar AI coding tools as part of the daily development workflow.
- Own features end-to-end by collaborating with product and design and taking work through production.
- Review commits and AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to earlier-career engineers.
- Communicate technical tradeoffs to technical and non-technical partners.
Requirements
- Hands-on production experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- A BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or 8+ years of industry experience.
- 4+ years building web application backends with Ruby, Flask, Node, or similar technologies.
- 4+ years building web application frontends with React, Angular, Vue, or similar technologies.
- Ability to own features end-to-end and deliver independently without heavy oversight.
- Strong understanding of data structures, system design, performance, reliability, and data integrity tradeoffs.
- Strong code review, product judgment, communication, independence, and mentorship skills.
- Preferred experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-assisted workflows in production.
- Preferred background in high-growth SaaS and interest in commercial real estate or fintech.
