$210k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and improve Sim’s core product for teams building agents.
- Own product work end to end from initial idea through production.
- Consider usability, reliability, user experience, and the performance impact of product decisions across platform modules.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, models, and design concerns.
Requirements
- Experience building a strong product.
- Excellent software engineering ability.

Benefits
- $210K–$260K base salary plus 0.2%–0.8% equity.
- Onsite interview at Sim’s office following one or two short technical interviews.
